to make any time, but especially for Valentine’s day.
If you’re hosting a ladies night for Vday or Galentine’s Day, you can’t go wrong with this
pear pomegranate champagne cocktail.
Pear Vodka, a touch of pomegranate juice (for the pink and red hue), topped with sparkling wine
or in this case prosecco. It’s simple recipe and a major crowd pleaser.
Also, the pomegranate arils add a festive touch to this bellini with a twist recipe.
If you have time, it’s also fun to freeze the arils, so they can help keep your
sparkling pomegranate and pear cocktail cool. Decor and utility, these pomegranate seeds
really makes this cocktail a home run.
For Stress-Free hosting, set up a bar cart for your guests to help themselves.
Have the prosecco on ice and leave out the pomegranate juice and pear vodka.

Pear Pomegranate Mocktail
Every once in a while I don’t want to indulge in booze, but I still like to keep it fancy.
Perhaps, a guest at your party does not want an alcoholic beverage,
in that cake it’s nice to offer a mocktail.
To make a pear pomegrante “champagne” cocktail alcohol free,
skip the vodka (obviously) than use pear juice and pomegranate.
Top with club soda of your choice.
Using a champagne flute is still highly encouraged.
