Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 acai packet (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chic seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

You can find acai packets, and berries in the frozen section of most grocery stores.
