Acai Bowl Recipe


  • 1 acai puree packet
  • 1/2 banana I reserve the other half to slice as a topping
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh berries of your choice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk coconut milk or any liquid of your choice!
  • Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes if you want
  • handful of fresh berries
  • 1/2 of banana
  • teaspoon of honey or agave


  • Blend all of the ingredients together, you could use a food processor or a blender. But if you’re in the market for a new one, I can’t recommend the ninja highly enough—I use it for everything, on the daily!
  • This recipe makes for two bowls. Pour the pureed mixture into two bowls and then add the toppings. You can change toppings, include chia seeds or flax seed, or anything else you like.
