Pomegranate Manhattan Recipe

A twist on a classic manhattan with bourbon and pomegranate juice

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon or blended whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz pure pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • pomegranate arils for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then add all drink ingredients and shake well, until the shaker feels cold.
  2. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate arils
