  • 1 oz Gin
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 4 oz Champagne

Method
 

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, juice of half a lemon and elderflower liqueur.
  3. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
  4. Pour into a champagne flute.Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
