Pear Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

Pear vodka, pomegranate juice topped with champagne makes for a delicious and festive cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz pear vodka
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 btl Champagne or Sparkling wine
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add pear vodka (or you could also use non flavored vodka and pear juice), pomegranate juice to a champagne flute. 
  2. Top with champagne.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sliver of pear, if desired.
