1cupof frozen or fresh berries of your choice
1heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2cupof almond milkcoconut milk or any liquid of your choice!
Toppings:
1/2cupof granola
1tablespoonof coconut flakesif you want
handful of fresh berries
1/2of banana
teaspoonof honey or agave
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together, you could use a food processor or a blender. But if you’re in the market for a new one, I can’t recommend the ninja highly enough—I use it for everything, on the daily!
This recipe makes for two bowls. Pour the pureed mixture into two bowls and then add the toppings. You can change toppings, include chia seeds or flax seed, or anything else you like.
