Ingredients
Method
- Finely chop the onion and three cloves of garlic. I also like to add whatever herbs I have at the time. Here I chopped basil, thyme, cilantro and parsley.
- Combine the onion, garlic, herbs, Parmiagano-Reggiano, and breadcrumbs together. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey and sugar.
- Spray or grease your loaf pan and place your turkey mixture into a loaf pan.
- If you are adding eggs, place a small amount of the turkey mixture into the pan. Layer the hard-boiled eggs, then cover them with the remaining turkey mixture.
- Spread the sauce over the top of the mixture. Cook covered for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Then uncover and cook for another 10 minutes.
