Favorite Things November

I really love doing a monthly round up of favorite things. Mostly because it’s a chance to slow down time and review the past month. Then, it’s a chance to share new finds and items I loved over the last month of November. Here are a few of favorite things in November, and these are good. Promise!

Favorite Things November

You can’t talk about November without mentioning Thanksgivingā€”We’ve been hosting for a while and typically my parents come to visit us. This year was extra special because my sister came to visit and finally had a chance to meet our newest member Sebastian.

One of the things I started to do is to rent a table, and this allows us to have plenty of room, enjoy Southern California weather and dine al fresco. My favorite thing is of course setting the table. The stand out of the tablescape was definitely the new cutlery I ordered.

When I tell you that everyone at the table remarked about how unique and beautiful it wasā€”and it is. Affordable, great quality and a great show stopper for your holiday tablescape.

A few Favorite Items from the Sephora Sale

I decided to try the Hourglass mascara everyone has been raving about and it did not disappoint. Definitely one of the best mascaras out there. I do find that it can go on a little clumpy so I really make sure to take off anything extra from the wand, but the difference is dramatic. Like you don’t need extensions, kind of dramatic.

Lately I’ve been struggling with baggy and darkĀ  under eye circles. I’m currently using a few eye creams, including this very reasonably priced CeraVe for Eye Repair Cream but on days that I need a little extra, these hyaluronic gel eye patches have been wonderful. First, the feel soothing and hydrating and second, they really work to reduce the baggy under eyes.

Wearing Lately

I’ve been wearing this zara jacket non-stop. It’s reversible, looks great with jeans or leggings or sweatsā€”and has been perfect to throw on for cooler weather that has finally hit the West Coast.

I think this quilted/padded coat look is a trend that’s going to stick around for a while.

Another item in heavy rotations have been these Old Navy jeans that I feel like are a great dupe for the pricey AGOLDE denim. I’ve tried both, and I have to say it might not be worth spending the money on denim anymore. Old Navy is doing amazing denim, great cut very flattering and affordable.

Recently, I’ve pulled out this David Yurman bracelet and started wearing it again along with a simple gold bangle my mother in law gifted me. I love the combination of the metals and how light weight it is. Very nice piece to buy for yourself or ask as a gift.

Lastly, I’m working on a round up for the holidays and came across this amazing YSL clutch. Not only is it at a great price point, but it also comes with a credit card holder. I have a credit card holder by YSL and I can’t believe this clutch includes one at this price. If you’re on the hunt for a stylish evening clutch, run. It will likely sell out.

Daily Life

If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen that I placed an order for Equilibria a full spectrum CBD. I ordered the daily drops, daily softgels, and rapid calming melts. I absolutely can recommend the daily softgels for better sleep. I’ve talked to several friends who also use the softgels, and we all confirm better, deeper and well rested sleep. (!)

I wasn’t quite sure if the daily drops were working, until I missed a few days and realized that I lost my cool way more than I wanted to. I didn’t have as much patience and had a short fuse. The daily drops, I still do very small dosage, help keep me even-keel throughout the day.

I likely won’t order the melts again, but will definitely repurchase the daily softgels and the daily drops. You can use REFALINAOROZCO26 to receive $20 off.

I received an email from a dosage specialist, and I really was happy to confirm a lot of these bullet points have been working for me.

Here are some signs your CBD routine is on a good path:Ā

  • Feeling less reactive to stressful situations and more even-keeled during the day
  • Feeling more relaxed before bed
  • Experiencing fewer sleep challenges throughout the night
  • Feeling well-rested when waking up in the morning
  • Noticing less stiffness and aches
  • Experiencing a boost in focus and energy
